Account deletion
Delete your account in the app
If you use our mobile app:
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Profile or Account settings.
- Choose Security settings (or equivalent).
- Select Delete account and confirm.
This starts permanent deletion of your consumer account as implemented by our service (sessions are revoked and the account is deactivated and removed from active use).
Delete your account on the web
If you use our website with an account, sign in and go to Profile → Account settings, then use Delete account and confirm.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account or run into errors, email support@indianera.com from the email address associated with your account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify ownership before processing the request.
After deletion
You may lose access to saved preferences, comments attributed to your account, and other account-based features. Some information may be retained where we are legally required or where content must remain visible in a de-identified or aggregated form.
